The hall can accommodate up to 80 people seated or 100 standing, depending on the type of event.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be returned after your event, provided no damage or extra cleaning is required.
Yes, but if you are planning to sell alcohol, you’ll need to obtain a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from West Oxfordshire District Council.
Yes! The hall is a popular venue for children's birthday parties and family events. Unfortunately bouncy castles are not permitted in the hall.
Yes, you can decorate the hall, but please avoid using anything that will leave marks (e.g., pins, tape on paintwork). All decorations must be removed after the event.
We welcome most types of community and private events. However, late-night parties with amplified music may not be suitable due to the residential location.
The hall is available from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, seven days a week. Special arrangements for later events may be considered.
Yes, there is on-site parking for up to 5 vehicles and additional public parking nearby.
To cancel, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds depend on the notice period given (see our terms and conditions).
